The principal risks identified in the supplied Boondocks Collection papers.
Last updated: 13 September 2026Collectible and market risk
A Boondocks NFT is presented as a digital collectible, not as an investment. Its market price may be volatile, a secondary market may not exist, it may be impossible to resell and its value may fall to zero. No liquidity, resale price or financial return is guaranteed.
Blockchain and technical risk
- Network interruption, congestion or changes.
- Smart-contract defects or wallet incompatibility.
- Metadata, media-storage or external-link failure.
- Irreversible transactions sent to an incorrect address.
Wallet and fraud risk
Phishing, counterfeit collections, fake support, compromised devices and loss of private keys can result in permanent loss. Boondocks will never request a private key or seed phrase.
Project and third-party risk
Projects, partnerships, locations and planned functions may be delayed, changed, limited or discontinued. Marketplaces, wallets, payment providers, storage services, bridges and networks are independent third parties and may fail or change their services.
Legal and regulatory risk
Legal classification may differ between jurisdictions or change over time. A competent authority may reach a different conclusion from the company’s assessment. Tax consequences depend on individual circumstances and jurisdiction.
